❗📢❗⚠️ MUSICAL JAM this Saturday, October 10th, at 5pm at The Improv Shop! The jam is FREE! Beginners are welcome. The more voices, the better! If YOU come to the jam, then YOU have the option to perform in the show Rhyme and Reason at 9pm that night (link in comments)! During the jam, we will teach you the musical form for the show. The jam is FREE, but we're asking anyone participating in Rhyme and Reason to pay $5 to compensate our beloved pianist, Dean Moran. 🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶 Tara and I have been running these musical jams for about a year and a half, and this will be our last one. We started with the goal of making musical improv more accessible to more improvisers. Musical improv is challenging and vulnerable, but it's also fun and connecting. It's been wonderful seeing everyone challenge themselves and make silly songs together. Thank you the professional musicians who donated their time to make these jams possible. Without our musical directors, there would be no musical jams. Y'all have are sincerest gratitude for supporting and uplifting our community! Musical Directors (see their information in the attached pictures): Rinn Netherton Annie Ray Lucius Rawley Erinne Haberl Dean Moran Thank you to the Improv Shop for supporting the jams! And thank you to everyone who ever lended their voices to our chorus!
