One thing we do in our Level 1 curriculum is something we call "Vulnerability Day." It invites all of the participants (including the instructor) to share a few things about themselves that make them feel a little vulnerable. Don't worry, as the instructor I put up a few guard rails at the front end, because I'm not a licensed professional.
